The quality of this tv is great for the price! The color display is perfect! I’ve had no issues with freezing up. The 50” size is perfect for my small living room. The remote works great and is easy to maneuver and set up was super easy! The sound quality I have mixed opinion about…. The sound is fine with some apps however others like Netflix the sound quality is awful and I have to turn the volume up very high. For this reason I will be purchasing a sound bar also. Overall though it’s a great tv and I would recommend it.

This TV has been perfect so far; it's easy to navigate, it plays newer and older movies/series beautifully and clearly (Reference: screenshot is of ikwydls, which originally released in 1997 and 1998, in FHD and UHD), customization is good, but I wish there were more options. Audio is originally quiet in my opinion, but you can tweak it to whatever you prefer. I ordered the 43-inch TV, which fits perfectly in my small bedroom. Overall, I personally enjoy this TV so far. Also, it looks great with gaming as well!

I spent a few days contemplating on purchasing a tv online. Reading reviews on bad shipping experiences and how slow the operating system is. Set those thoughts aside and made the purchase. Picture quality is phenomenal, colors are vivid and bright! the user interface is fast and easy to use. I’m not waiting forever trying to select through apps or waiting for it to load. Shipping was fast and not a scratch on the box. There was also an issue with my remote, the Alexa function on the remote was inoperable. I was able to speak with customer support right away and they were able to further assist and solve my issue. The customer support/service along with the tv purchase was definitely a win win!

I purchased this TV to go outside in my screened in porch and it's amazing. Very fast connection, easy to navigate, and connected to my prime account easily. I have some Insignia's and they are the worst. They get really slow and delayed and the remotes start operating other Insignia's in other rooms. Amazon's TV was a much better value for the cost and I'll be looking to replace all my Insignia's with one.

I initially had my doubts about the vividness of this product for the price of $348.00, but I was pleasantly surprised. The 4K quality is stunning—it's just as vibrant and clear as the $2,000 TVs I’ve seen in other stores. This purchase turned out to be an incredible value, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new TV!

Delivered with care! A great 50" TV, adjustable in all the right ways, picture is excellent, sound is very good for the speaker sizes utilized in this rather light weight, easy to handle set. I have installed the Amazon Fire TV sound 2.0 bar to it...making it boom beyond what I'll ever need. The Alexa tie-in is very utilitarian, a nice touch...a secret helper! A bottomless pit of apps seem to be available through the user interface. I've already downloaded several free ones and gained access to my iPad resident Paramount+ on this set. If you aren't using a cable or antenna connection, going WIFI into the free Pluto TV app really rocks. Best buy on a TV set I've ever made!
